Some work cannot be easily measured.
For example, you cannot always quantify trust restored, harm prevented, or a silent system corrected before it breaks someone.
In medicines policy, the biggest wins are often invisible.
A safer protocol.A clarified guideline.
A question asked early enough to prevent damage.
Often, no headline. No applause.
But somewhere, a complication did not happen.
Somewhere, a patient did not suffer because they got the proper information and did the right thing.
That is enough reason to continue.
Impact does not always announce itself.
Sometimes it hides inside what did not go wrong.
A world where everyone has access to affordable,effective and safe medicines toward promoting global health equity.
