Today am going to be talking about a weight loss tip that helped me in my weight loss journey..
Green Tea is a popular drink that tea lovers love to drink.
Benefits of green tea...
1) Boosting the metabolic rate
2) Burning of calories
3) Reducing the appetite
4) Improves physical performance
5) Help in losing excess weight
6) Lower down the risk of obesity.
Directions for preparations..
- Add a tea bag to a cup
- Add hot water to it and allow to soak for 5mins.
- Add honey (optional)
- Add ginger (optional)
- Add a slice of lemon (optional)
Stir together and drink...😋😋😋
When To Take Green Tea..
After breakfast (prevent dehydration)
1/2 hour before exercise (helps to burn fat)
1 hour before and after meals (prevent fat absorption)
1 hour before bedtime (helps in weight loss)
2-3 cups a day (helps in detoxification of the body)
When To Avoid.....
Empty stomach in the morning
Immediately after meals
Immediately before sleep
Not more than 3 cups a day.
