5 SIGNS YOUR BABY IS GETTING ENOUGH BREASTMILK

Worried your baby isn’t getting enough breastmilk?
Many new mums ask this question, especially in the early weeks.
Worry no more , your answer is here . The solution is closer

The good news is that your baby’s body often gives clear signs that feeding is going just well. Watch ⌚️ for them below

Here are 5 reassuring signs your baby is getting enough breastmilk:

Every mum must watch out for, especially first time mum and inexperienced mums to-be 👇👇👇

🔋 🍼 1. Your Baby Has Frequent Wet Diapers ~

A well-fed baby usually has at least 6 wet diapers a day after the first few days of life. This shows your baby is well hydrated. Getting adequate feeds with breast milk

🔋💩 2. Regular Bowel Movements ~
Breastfed babies often pass soft, yellow stools several times a day in the early weeks. This is a good sign milk is going in and digestion is working well. No hard stools at all

🔋 😌 3. Your Baby Seems Satisfied After Feeding~

After a good feed, babies often appear relaxed, calm, some very playful or sleepy instead of constantly crying from hunger.

🔋⚖️ 4. Healthy and steady Weight Gain~

Most babies lose a little weight after birth , but begin gaining steadily within the first weeks when breastfeeding is going on well. Without issues or challenges

🔋👶 5. Your Baby Feeds Regularly ~
Newborns typically breastfeed 8–12 times in a day ( in 24 hours) Frequent feeding helps babies get enough milk and also helps build milk supply and production naturally.

✨ Remember:
Every baby is different. If your baby is active, feeding well, and showing these signs, there is a good chance they are getting enough breastmilk.

💛 To every breastfeeding mum:
Trust your body, stay hydrated, eat well ,eat right , rest well your body needs it and seek support when you need it.

What Junk Foods and Sodas Do to Your body and belly

Many people don’t know this, but junk foods and soda make your stomach bigger in several ways:

1. They have too many hidden calories
Your body stores the excess, mostly around the tummy.
This makes you look older than your age 😄

2. They cause bloating
Making you feel full all the time even without eating 😌
Sodas push gas into your stomach, and junk foods slows down digestion like snail 🐌

3. They spike your sugar because they have loaded hidden sugars in their composition
Excess sugar is quickly turned into belly fat. You can't escape this .

4. They weaken your metabolism
Slows digestion and the way food remains in the body full.
Your body burns fat slower, so the tummy keeps growing bigger .

5. They increase cravings
The more you take them, the more your body wants them.
Hence the harm to your body increases

What to do 👇👇👇

✅ ️Eat more vegetables and fruits
✅️ Aim for fibres and natural drinks
✅️ Cut off all Sodas not healthy for you
✅ ️Take Green Coffee and Green teas instead
✅️ Do more natural fruits and smoothies
✅️ Avoid junk foods eat home made healthy meals
✅️ increase roughage to your diet
✅️. Drink water at least 2 to 4 litres daily
✅️ Avoid constipation open your bowel daily
✅️ Eat right , eat healthy 😋

Take Green Coffee and Green teas to help you boost metabolism , detox your body, flush out toxins, control cravings and support your gut health.
