SHIN KA SAN ADADIN RUWAN DA YA KAMATA KA SHA A KULLUM DOMIN LAFIYAR ƘODARKA (KIDNEY)?

~Masana kiwon lafiyar ƙoda sun bayar da shawarar shan tsabtataccen ruwa aƙalla lita 2 zuwa 3 a kowace rana. Wato lita 2 zuwa 3 shi ne mafi ƙarancin ruwan da mutum ya kamata ya sha a rana. Saboda haka, shan ruwa fiye da lita 2 zuwa 3 ƙarin alfanu ne ga lafiyar ƙoda musamman a lokacin zafi.

~Shan isasshen ruwa na taimaka wa aikin ƙoda wajen wanke ko tace jini da ruwan jiki daga guba da sauran muggan sinadarai da jiki ke samarwa domin fitar da su zuwa cikin fitsari ko gumi.

~Bugu da ƙari, yawan fitar gumi na nuni da yawan ruwan da ke fita daga jikin mutum. Kuma yawan gumin da ya fita na nuni da ƙarancin fitar fistarin da za a samu.

Hanyoyin Kiyaye Tashin Ciwon Gaɓoɓi Lokacin Sanyi

Ciwon gaɓoɓi lalurori ne da ke da tasirin gurgunta lafiya, ingancin rayuwa, walwala da tattalin arziƙin mutum. Akwai lalurori fiye da ɗari da ke da alaƙa da ciwon gaɓoɓi. Sai dai, akwai nau'in ciwon gaɓoɓin da s**a fi afkuwa a cikin al'ummar wannan yanki.

Lalurorin ciwon gaɓoɓi da s**a fi afkuwa sun haɗa da:

1. Amosanin gaɓa: ciwon amosanin gaɓa, wanda ake kira da "osteoarthritis" a turancin likita. Ciwon gaɓa ne sakamakon sauye-sauye da ke faruwa a gaɓa wanda ke janyo zaizayewar gurunguntsin gaɓa.

Shanyewar ƙafa matsala ce da ke faruwa sakamakon lahani ga jijiyar laka da ake kira da 'sciatic nerve' wace ke kai saƙonni zuwa wasu tsokokin ƙafa.
