Happy International Men's Health Week. Please take some time to check in with your doctor to update your numbers. Know your blood pressure, blood sugar value, blood level (PCV), cholesterol, weight, and get other routine tests done. Prevention is far cheaper than a cure. If you are in our vicinity, we are checking these for FREE for MEN only! Don't say we never do anything for men😄.

Young ladies are poorly represented in healthcare resource utilization in Nigeria and globally. Malaria complicates anywhere between 8%-58% of pregnancies in Nigeria (average of about 25%). Malaria causes early pregnancy loss, anaemia in pregnancy, preterm delivery, intra-uterine growth restriction, low-birth weight babies and then the cycle continues. Let's put women and girls in focus this year in our fight against the big M. Proper nutrition, menstrual health, prevention of sexual violence, early and appropriate antenatal care, malaria chemoprophylaxis and newborn care. These are part of our arsenal in this fight. I'll be looking out for you on the front lines 💪🏾
