In Badel community of Dass local government area of Bauchi, the EWoMoPP project came alive through practice. Women farmers gathered for a one-day interactive training on Moringa cultivation, learning everything from soil preparation to planting techniques that will sustain healthy growth.

The excitement was clear as women worked together in groups, testing their skills and asking questions that showed readiness to apply what they learned. Backed by the Embassy Funds for civil society organizations (FEF-OSC), Badel women now look forward to turning small farms into sustainable sources of nutrition and income.

In Gudum Hausawa, learning went beyond theory. As part of the EWoMoPP project, women took part in a hands-on training on Moringa farming techniques.

Preparing land, identifying fit soil, and planting seedlings the right way, and also the benefits of Moringa plants.

The energy was inspiring: interactive sessions, demonstrations, and questions that turned training into empowerment. With support from the Embassy Funds for civil society organizations (FEF-OSC), these women are equipped to turn knowledge into thriving farms and healthier households.

Women farmers In Miri community, didn’t just attend a training, they got a practical approach.

Under the Empowering Women in Moringa Production and Processing (EWoMoPP) project, funded by the Embassy Funds for civil society organizations (FEF-OSC), Miri women of Bauchi local government area learned practical steps in Moringa cultivation and awareness: from land preparation to seedling sorting and planting.

The session was lively, with group practice and Q&A making knowledge come alive. Miri women now carry both tools and skills to grow Moringa that will nourish families and strengthen livelihoods.

In Badel, the launch of the EWoMoPP project was met with celebration as 30 women farmers received farming kits that will enable them to cultivate Moringa for both economic independence and family well-being.

The community head called it “a blessing worth celebrating,” thanking and the Embassy Funds for Civil Society Organizations (FEF-OSC) for supporting Badel to be part of this vision.

From seeds to livelihoods, Badel women are stepping into the future, cultivating Moringa, cultivating change.

In Gudum Hausawa, the EWoMoPP project officially kicked off as 30 women farmers received Moringa farming kits to power their journey toward self-reliance and community growth.

For these women, the kits are more than tools, they are keys to better livelihoods, improved family nutrition, and active participation in the local economy.

Community leaders extended their gratitude to the Embassy’s FEF-OSC program for making Gudum Hausawa part of this life-changing initiative.

In Miri community, 30 women farmers came together under the Empowering Women in Moringa Production and Processing (EWoMoPP) project to receive farming kits, tools and protective wears that represent opportunity, growth, and a stronger future for their families.

The village head, speaking on behalf of the people, shared heartfelt gratitude to the Embassy Funds for Civil Society Organizations (FEF-OSC) for finding Miri worthy of this initiative.

Last week, joined other CSOs at the FEF-OSC 3-day capacity building workshop organized with support from and

Day 1 focused on “Getting it right: from design to delivery”, unpacking program management, financial reporting, and research foundations as practical tools to design stronger, more impactful projects.

Day 2 shifted the lens to influence and advocacy, exploring knowledge management, documentation, and technical writing, showing how evidence and storytelling can amplify voices and drive change.

Day 3 brought the conversation into protection and accountability, with sessions on PSEA and safeguarding, highlighting that safeguarding isn’t just policy, it’s a culture of dignity, respect, and equality.

Across the three days, the journey moved from building knowledge, shaping influence, strengthening protection. It was more than a training; it was a step toward transforming capacity into action that drives lasting change.
