Thank God for the new month of May.

A new month is here.
And no matter how the last one went, you can start again from here.
May brings new opportunities to grow, make impact and to keep going, even if it’s one small step at a time.

Wishing you a calm, productive and happy month ahead.

We had a strategic planning meeting today were we took time to closely look at how our previous activities went, what worked, and what we can do better.
We shared ideas, learned from each other, and started planning the next set of activities together.

How you see yourself influences more than you realize.
It shapes your confidence, your decisions, and how you respond to opportunities and life in general.
Sometimes, most times, the limitation is not your ability, it’s the belief you’ve quietly accepted about yourself.
This week, pay attention to your self-perception.
How do you see yourself?
Where are you holding back?
Where have you already decided your limits?
Challenge it.
Grow beyond it.
Have a productive week.

Week 2 of the Mindset Series.
There is a voice in your head that is always speaking, in your decisions, your doubts, and how you see yourself.
Over time, that voice begins to shape your confidence, your actions, and the direction of your life.
But not every thought is true.
And not every voice deserves to be believed.
This week, pay attention to how you talk to yourself. Be intentional about your thoughts.

We had a strategic meeting which was a moment of reflection and realignment. We took time to review our performance so far, celebrating progress made, identifying gaps, and learning from our experiences.

More importantly, we looked ahead. With clearer focus and renewed commitment, we mapped out the activities and priorities that will guide our next steps.
Growth is a continuous process, and meetings like this strengthens our impact and purpose.

Identity is the foundation of mindset, your thoughts shape your reality.
Over the next few weeks, we will be doing a series on MINDSET. Because the way you think shapes how you live. It influences your decisions and the direction of your life.
At the center of it all is one question: Who are you, really?
Quite a number of people are living without self-awareness and when you don’t define who you are, life begins to define you.
This is going to be an eye-opening, self revealing series, so anticipate and come along.

Today was more than just a walk… it was a moment of connection, of seeing, of feeling, and of standing in solidarity with persons living with disabilities.

We walked for the voices that are often unheard.
We walked for the strength that is often unseen.
We walked to remind ourselves that disability is not inability—and that every life deserves dignity, love, and equal opportunity.

There were smiles, there were stories, there were moments that touched the heart deeply. And with every step, we were reminded that inclusion is not an act of charity—it is a responsibility we all share.

No one should ever feel left out, unseen, or forgotten.

Today, we walked so that tomorrow can be kinder, more inclusive, and more human.

‎Let me begin by saying that building the future of any society does not start in government offices or boardrooms. It starts with the kind of young men and women we intentionally raise and prepare for responsibility.

‎In recent years, there has been a lot of attention on the development and empowerment of the girl child, and rightly so. For many years, the girl child was neglected, and several initiatives have worked hard to correct that imbalance by giving her education, leadership opportunities, protection, and a stronger voice in society. This is a good and necessary development.

‎However, while we continue to empower the girl child, we must also pay intentional attention to the boy child.

‎Because the truth is simple: society cannot function well if one side is built and the other side is ignored.

‎When we raise strong, confident, educated girls but fail to raise responsible, disciplined, and emotionally mature boys, we create an imbalance in society. We end up preparing young women to face unprepared men. We train girls to lead, to grow, and to succeed, while many boys grow up without guidance, mentorship, and without clear direction on what it truly means to be men, and in the long run, this affects families, relationships, communities, and the entire society.
