3 types of women on Valentine’s Day.

Which one are you? 🌚

We love sister defense, care so deeply for sister comtempt 🥺 and hail sister overenjoyment 🙌

But for real, if you are sister comtempt you need to book a gynaecologist session.

S*x shouldn't always be painful to. It could be a sign of fibroid or other related gynae issues.

Good Morning Beautiful Women 👌, we are back with another post to help you prepare adequately for your Pap smear so you can have the best experience and get accurate results.

1. Please steer clear of in*******se, douching, or using any vaginal products like foams, creams, or jellies at least 2 days before your session. These activities can affect your results, and we wouldn't want you to waste your time or money.

By the way, a quick PSA: Douching isn't recommended in general, so let's skip that practice altogether.

2. It’s best to avoid scheduling your pap smear during your menstrual period. If your period is due on the day of your appointment, no worries—just give us a call, and we'll happily reschedule.

3. And about shaving? Totally unnecessary but if you feel shy about being hairy down there , please shave as we want you to be comfortable opening up your legs for our gynaecologist to carry out the exam.

Be sure to send this post to your friends and family if you found it helpful and drop a comment if this was helpful or you have more questions for us, we are here to serve all women 😉.

Happy New Week Everyone & welcome to our very first learning series.

Today, we will be talking about cervical cancer, which is the growth of abnormal cells that starts in the cervix and usually has no symptoms at the beginning.

However, as time progresses and the cancer grows, some signs & symptoms include.

1. Vaginal bleeding after in*******se, between periods or after menopause.
2. Menstrual bleeding that is heavier and lasts longer than usual.
3. Watery, bloody vaginal discharge that may be heavy and have a foul odour.
4. Pelvic pain or pain during in*******se.

Please note: regardless of the signs and symptoms, you have to be properly accessed and diagnosed by a doctor.

Yes, we know you might be scared right now because cervical cancer can be caused by a sexual transmitted infection called HPV (Human papillomavirus) but don’t worry because in our next post, we will be teaching about ways to prevent this cancer.

Stay tuned, share with friends and let us know in the comments if you learnt a thing or two.
