Today she learned something new…😁 We’ll be adding some Plyo hops to our routines, doing 2 x weekly, 3 sets of 3 circuits (5 hops for a start into Med-ball slam as circuit). Remember, don't wait for the right moment to start, start now and make each moment right. ゚
