Additionally, consuming nuts lowers your risk of developing blood clots which can cause a fatal heart attack and improves the health of your artery walls.

• Sprinkle plenty of cinnamon on the food. Cinnamon strengthens the cardiovascular system, protecting the heart from disorders, and acts as a blood thinner, which increases circulation. Copied
