Yes, we produce eco-friendly reusable pads. But at our core, we’re about equity, dignity, and change.

We educate girls.
We drive community awareness.
We contribute to national policy conversations.
And this year we helped make history.

Alora Reusable Pads proudly co-convened Nigeria’s first-ever National Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management (MHHM) Summit alongside A Well-Informed Adolescent Initiative and Wonder Woman Nigeria with support from partners and the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs.

The summit wasn’t just a gathering it was a bold declaration that menstrual health is national business.
From policy makers and partners to teachers and grassroots leaders, we came together to spotlight the work, the gaps, and the way forward.

We’re grateful for everyone who has supported this journey from the communities who trust our pads, to the partners who trust our voice.

And this is just the beginning.

🌸 Let's Talk Menstrual Health and Mental Health!🌸

Hey everyone! 🩸💪

Menstrual health isn't just about the physical symptoms; it's also closely tied to our mental well-being. Let's dive into this important topic together!

Question Time:
1. **How does your menstrual cycle impact your mood and mental health?**
2. **What self-care practices do you use to manage menstrual symptoms and boost your mental health?**
3. **Have you noticed any particular lifestyle changes that help in balancing both?

Let's Support Each Other!

Comment below with your experiences, tips, or questions. Let's create a supportive space where we can all learn and grow together. 🌟

We are proud to announce that our Founder and CEO, Sarah Kuponiyi, has been selected for the prestigious 2024 Mandela Washington Fellowship in the United States.

This fellowship, part of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), is a testament to her dedication to menstrual health equity, manufacturing reusable pads, and advancing sexual and reproductive health development.

We look forward to the new insights and connections she will bring back to further our mission.

Congratulations, Sarah!
