How to Check Where Your Facebook Account Is Logged In (and Log Out Suspicious Devices)
Did you know you can actually see every phone, tablet, or computer currently logged into your Facebook account? 👀
If you’ve ever logged in from a friend’s phone, a café computer, or an old device, your account might still be active there. That’s a security risk — because anyone with access can read your messages or change your settings.
Here’s how to check where your Facebook account is logged in:
1. Go to Settings → Security and Login
2. Scroll down to “Where You’re Logged In.”
3. You’ll see a list of all active sessions (device type, location, and time).
4. If something looks unfamiliar, click “Log out of all sessions” or individually log out the suspicious ones.
💡 Pro Tip: If you find a session from a country you’ve never visited — that’s a red flag 🚩.
Immediately change your password and turn on Two-Factor Authentication.
Doing this once a month keeps your account safe from silent intruders who might already have access.
