NIGERIAN AND GHANAIAN JOLLOF RICE
When I asked which jollow rice is preferred between Nigeria and Ghana. Some preferred Ghanaian Jollof while others Nigerian anytime any day 😀
What stood out for me was that Ghanaians use their native rice. Many Nigerians don't believe they can use that and get something yummy.
In the healthy cooking class, all the rice we're using is Ofada rice. No processed rice, No canned tomato paste and you'll still have that colour if you are concerned about colour😁
4 days to go 🕺🕺🕺
There are many cooking channels and blogs, all cooking the same way but only a handful talk about healthy cooking. This is sad and I have decided to keep pushing this message. If you get your cooking and eating right, you'll spend less on hospital bills.
Even doctors now employ the services of dieticians in their practice.
After Sunday, the next batch of the cooking class will be N5,000 or N10,000 but not N3,000.
If you spend big money to package your body and wear expensive wigs and shoes, N3,000 should not be too big an amount to learn about knowledge that will help you sustain your health.
I come in peace 🍾
