Foods You Should Consume Regularly If You Have Ulcer.

Open sores that form on the stomach lining are called stomach ulcers. They may also be referred to as gastric or peptic ulcers. Although they can affect anyone at any age, those over 60 are more likely to experience them. Stomach ulcers are also more common in men. When the stomach wall is harmed by the acids from digested food, ulcers develop. A bacteria called Helicobacter pylori infection is the most frequent cause of stomach ulcers (H. pylori). Certain foods may have ingredients that fight against the bacteria Helicobacter pylori, a main cause of ulcers and can also help prevent ulcer pains

1. Honey.

People have used honey as a food additive and a medicine since ancient times. Natural antibacterial properties make some types, such as manuka and oak tree honey, extremely effective. At least once a week, add honey to your diet. can aid in lowering H. pylori infection.

2. Berries.

Although all fruits are healthy, berries may be especially beneficial for lowering H. pylori infection.

3. Vegetables

Vitamin A can be found in foods including collard greens, broccoli, sweet potatoes, kale, and spinach. These foods can help prevent ulcers by increasing the mucus production in your digestive tract.

How these foods works.

An ulcer diet helps the stomach lining and the duodenum, the first section of the small intestine that connects to the stomach, recover faster and experience less inflammation. It also reduces the formation of extra acid, which can irritate an ulcer. Foods high in antioxidants may be helpful if an H. pylori infection is the root cause of your stomach ulcer. They might support you in defending yourself, boosting your immune system, and battling the infection. They might also aid in preventing stomach cancer.

What's going on with my body?
Around 35- 50 years of age for women

• Estrogen and progesterone begin phase of gradual decline.

• Progesterone and estrogen ratios may increase and/or decrease before declining permanently.

• Ovarian follicles (containing eggs) begin to fall off
more quickly.

By your early to mid-40s Hormone shifts increase - you may notice some symptoms

• Most women have fewer follicles to release eggs during menstrual cycles . Your body increases efforts to create viable eggs with more follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) using the pituitary gland.

• Estrogen and progesterone ratios may be in flux.

Around mid- to late 40s
- perimenopause .Now you may notice more symptoms

• Eventually, your follicles become less sensitive to FSH and ovulation may not happen with every period.

• Periods can become irregular.

• As the pituitary ramps up FSH, other hormone loops may be affected, including your stress response and thyroid hormones.

Around 50-55 - menopause ,Greater risk of symptoms

• Generally between the ages of 50 and 55, your periods will stop.

• Once you haven't had a period for 12 consecutive months. You are in menopause.

• Symptoms may continue -or even Arise as your body adjusts to your new hormone levels.

PROGESTERONE:

Complications, Causes and more.

Progesterone: is a female s*x hormone. It's produced mainly in the ovaries following ovulation each month. It's a crucial part of the menstrual cycle and maintenance of pregnancy. After you ovulate each month, progesterone helps thicken the lining of the uterus to prepare for a fertilized egg.
During the menstrual cycle, when an egg is released from the o***y at ovulation (approximately day 14), the remnants of the ovarian follicle that enclosed the developing egg form a structure called the corpus luteum.

1. What happens if I have too much progesterone?
There are no known serious medical consequences of having too much progesterone. Levels of progesterone do increase naturally in pregnancy as mentioned above.
High levels of progesterone are associated with the condition congenital adrenal hyperplasia. However, the high progesterone levels are a consequence of and not a cause of this condition.
2. What happens if I have too little progesterone?
If progesterone is absent or levels are too low, irregular and heavy menstrual bleeding can occur. A drop in progesterone during pregnancy can result in a miscarriage and early labour. Mothers at risk of giving birth too soon can be given a synthetic form of progesterone to delay the onset of labour.
Lack of progesterone in the bloodstream can mean the o***y has failed to release an egg at ovulation, as can occur in women with polycystic o***y syndrome.
