Sometimes,we tend to break our own hearts intentionally or unintentionally. We intentionally break our hearts by expecting too much from people, thinking that they see us the way we see them.
Here are tips on how we can stop breaking our hearts intentionally.
1) Refrain from checking up on people who no longer hold space in your life.
2) Avoid thinking about the results and proceed with an opened mind instead. Anticipating something from others may put you at risk of disappointment.
3) Reduce all expectations. Learn how to let things occur naturally.
4) Stop depending on others to lead you towards happiness. You can't count on another person to make you happy.
5) Respect a person for who they are, rather than who you hope they will change into.

INTIMACY
When we hear Intimacy, what we often think about is s*x. While s*x or physical intimacy can be an important part of a relationship,it's not all of it.
Intimacy is the way in which we feel close, heard, and seen in our relationship, not just romantic ones. Intimacy includes emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, behavioural and so on. Intimacy is vulnerability and openness. Intimacy is experiencing closeness, deep friendship with another while being accepted and loved for who we authentically are.
Intimacy is being open, truthful, sincere, honest with a person or people. Intimacy means being safe with another. It is the feeling that you are safe with people or a person no matter what comes up. When you realize you can tell someone your truth, when you show them yourself, your ability, your capability, your strength, your weaknesses, your tears, your smile, your downfall and your RISE.
Intimacy is when you stand in front of them Bare ( in aspect of your emotions, your feelings, your mental health, your unhealthy and healthy phases of life) and their response is "You're safe with me". That is Intimacy. Intimacy is not all about s*x.
Before you start building a relationship and having s*x,First Build Intimacy. It will make lots of things easier for you. I call it " Self-Intimacy" also known as what the ancient Greeks called "Philantia".

The rate of su***de and depression these days is fast rising. Look my people,Happiness is a choice... It is not a lifestyle. Because you can't be happy always. So is Depression a choice.
Everyone has been depressed in one way or the other. They say that "one can not teach what they don't practice". "That you shouldn't allow someone that haven't been in your shoes, tell you how to tie your laces".
My Lovelies,I have been there. I have been depressed countless times. I had wallowed on the path of depression for 3 years, But I conquered. I allowed myself to breakdown in tears. Those tears are heavy burden of your heart that you let go. Let those tears pour down from your eyes sweetie,it is NOT a sign of WEAKNESS. It's a sign that you are down Now but will RISE AGAIN.
Most of us are depressed because we allow people to control our emotions, our moods, and our lifestyle.
Like I've been saying in my posts, that YOU should learn how to be in POSSESSION of your emotions. DO NOT allow people to sway you nor your emotions, cajole you, make you give up on your dreams and hard work. Be in charge of Your Lifestyle. Choose your life for yourself. Live your Life for you.

What psychology says about a normal person?
1) If a person laughs too much, even at stupid things, he is lonely deep inside.
2) If a person speaks less, but speaks fast, he keeps secrets.
3) If a person sleeps a lot, he is sad.
4) If someone can't cry, he is weak.
5)If eats in an abnormal manner,he is tense.
6)If someone cries on little things, he is innocent and soft-hearted.
7)If someone becomes angry over silly or petty(small) things, it means he needs love.

Let's keep watch and take care of our Mental Health.

What is placebo? A placebo is anything that seems to be a "real" medical treatment... But isn't. It could be s pill, a shot, or some other type of fake treatment. What a placebo have in common is that they do not contain an active substance meant to affect health.

How are placebo used? Researchers use placebos during studies to help them understand what reenact effect a new drug or some other treatment might have on a particular condition.
For instance, some people in a study might be given a be drug to lower cholesterol, others would get a placebo. None of the people in the study will know if they got the real treatment or the placebo. Researchers then compare the effects of the drug and the placebo on the people in the study. That way, they can determine the effectiveness of the new drug and check the side effects.

What is the placebo effect? Sometimes a person can have a response to a placebo. The response can be positive or negative. For instance the persons symptoms may improve, or the person may have what appears to be side effects from the treatment. The responses at known as "placebo effect".
There are some conditions in which a placebo can produce results even when people know they are taking a placebo. Studies shows that placebos can have an effect on condition such as:
*Depression
*pain
*sleep disorders
*irritable bowl syndrome
*menopause.

In one study involving asthma, people using a placebo inhaler did no better on breathing tests than sitting and doing nothing. But when researchers asked for peoples perception of how they felt, the placebo effect was reported as being effective as medicine in providing relief.
How does the placebo effect work? Research on the placebo effect has focused on the relationship of Mind and Body.
