She lost weight everywhere except her belly.
Her arms slim, her face sharp, but the stomach stood stubborn.

That’s not just fat. That’s metabolic rebellion.
Her body has been insulted by years of sugar spikes, late dinners, and fake oils.

She stopped chasing gym fads.
She started fixing her plate: protein first, vegetables second, carb last.
No juice, no biscuit, no palm olein.

In 6 weeks, her stomach softened.
In 10, it folded.

Your belly listens to food before it listens to exercise.

Don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan. Share and tag your friends.

Igbo Kwezuo nu. Planning and Strategy.

I'm totally blown away by the positive responses my last post on an Igbo Trust Fund for infrastructure generated. It is clear that many igbos have been longing for such. I'm so glad that we have such good intentions for Ala Igbo.

I'm confident that we can birth something that will transform Ala igbo or engender it. God's grace will see us through.

Without further delay, let's start the process. There are four things we need to sort out now: 1. Name for the Trust Fund. 2. Administrative structure. 3. Transparency and accountability. 4 Technology and any other safe and reliable means of contributions.

At this stage, we need the following group of people 1. Qualified Lawyers. 2. Tech experts( developers, coders, app builders etc) 3. Finance experts( bankers, insurers, Investment managers etc).

If you are interested in joining the group that will brainstorm on these points and any other related preliminary issues, and you belong to any of the categories listed, please send your name and Phone number
Don't forget to include your C. V or anything that can be used to verify your identity and qualification. Your personal information will be treated with confidentiality.

Every service rendered is free and voluntary. If you are not financially bouyant to bear the cost of your participation and services as part of this team, don't bother joining. Whenever we reach a milestone in the planning, we will go public for everyone to make their input before finalization. Looking forward to it, May God bless you all and bless this vision in the name of Jesus Christ. AMEN and AMEN.

N. B: Appreciation to all those who have volunteered for the pilot planning and meeting. I have removed my Email, we will proceed to the next phase and later make the outcome of our meeting public. Those who voluntered will get a message and link for our first meeting. Thanks and remain blessed

Igbo kwenu, Ndi Igbo kwezuo nu.

I grew up hearing that Sam Mbakwe airport, Owerri, was built from money contributed by indigenes of Imo state. I decided to try it out again. I rallied and convinced imolites to open a trust Fund.
We got some trusted individuals among the traditional rulers, religious leaders, professionals and amazons of corporate groups to be signatories.

They can only authorise money to move from the Fund's account to the account of any Company(local or international) that wins the bid for the construction of any infrastructural project. Money cannot go out by any other means whatsoever.

We got 1m imolites giving a minimum of 5k. The rich and wealthy ones gave more. The particular project to be built for the year was selected by voting after an initial analysis zeroes down the options to a manageable number. Well, the mechanism for it's administration wasn't this simplistic, but it wasn't complicated either.

1m people easily raised 5b at 5k. Anambra, Enugu, Abia and Ebonyi followed suit. Every year, an infrastructural project was done. I was about cutting the tape for the commissioning of the largest Pharmaceutical Company when heard:

"Oluoma, Oluoma, Oluoma wake up before you go late for mass". I jumped up from the bed and rushed straight to the bathroom. It was after brushing My teeth that I realized I was dreaming.

I don't know to what extent the Sam Mbakwe airport story is true, but it sounds exactly like something umu igbo are capable of doing. If that story is true, its time to make it a habit. If it's not true, it is time to make it come true.

Dreams come true sha, this one should, it MUST. Igbo kwezuo nu o. Make I go mass, I dey come🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

There is one man I know. He is a very good businessman. One day, another man went and imported the same ink he had been importing for years.

Do you know what he did?

He did not go to the police, nor did he go to juju.

Immediately the man's ink came into the market, the good businessman who had been importing the ink started selling below the cost price. And everyone abandoned the new guy and came to patronise the main man.

It continued like that until the new man had no option but to sell his own for auction. And the intelligent businessman still sent people to buy it off, brought it to his shop and continued selling his normal price. Case solved, and case closed.

The man never tried to do such again. The funny thing is that two of them are not just from the same village, they are from the same kindred, but business is business.

I have watched Verydarkman and what he is doing in China, and I have also seen people crying. Brothers you don't need to cry. Rather, you follow the steps of this good businessman. I told you his story.

You have been making gains for a very long time. A newcomer like Verydarkman will not kick you out of business, if you know what you are doing.

You must start selling lower than Verydarkman is selling. Make it cheaper. Bring the price wăr back to his or their doorstep. If it entails selling below cost price for 1 year, do it. You won't be the person to go out of business. Definitely, it is the newcomer that will go out of business.

Of course, what Verydarkman did to BLord is an att@ck. I don't care how you see it. You can market your business and market the same brand BLord is marketing, but never turn it into an attack.

But Verydarkman thinks he can stop business by being so confrontational. He could have marketed the same product, say his price without calling out BLord. But because he is after him and people like him, he had to call him out.

You all at Alaba and elsewhere, even in China must activate your own trade wăr and sell below price if need be. Let people not make gains over a period of time, so they will learn how to do business without h@tred.

An Igbo man is king in Business. He started it after the wăr with nothing and took over from those that looted all their money in the bank. So, the people who will survive a trade wăr will still be ndị Igbo.

Don't play with this my advice. Never. And never cry over what he is doing. Counter what he is doing.

If someone wants to destrọ̀y business, help him out. If your neighbour always plays music too loudly and refuses to bring the volume down, use your last card and buy a good sound system. Make sure yours is bigger and start playing it all the time. You will see your neighbour come for a peace talk. Remember this advise is only applicable in Bongo.

At times, for you to stop a madman, you have to also pretend to be mad.
