Floaters are tiny specks or spots, usually black in color that floats across your field of vision. Most people notice them outdoors or in a well illuminated room. Usually they are normal but atimes can be a sign of a more severe eye problem. If you notice black spots in your field of vision,go to the nearest eye clinic.

PRESBYOPIA
A gradual age-related loss of the eye's ability to actively focus on near objects due to the eye lens being less flexible, making it not to focus light correctly on the retina. It usually occur in middle aged and old adults (usually from 35 years and above)
SYMPTOMS
- Holding a book at arm's length to make letters clearer
- Eye strain
- Blurred vision at normal reading distance
- Rare cases, headaches

2. Keep a sensible distance from your computer
3. Always blink
4. Ensure your room is well lit
5. Use high-resolution screens.
6. Reduce blue light (use anti-blue light lenses)
7. Use artificial tears
8. Use the 20-20-20 rule
9. Use anti-reflective screen protectors
10. Have a regular eye exam
