Many people feel healthy and assume everything is fine — until a routine checkup reveals something they never expected.

The truth is, many serious health conditions don’t show warning signs early.

Routine medical checkups help detect health issues before they become life-threatening. They give you the chance to act early, protect your future, and stay strong for the people who depend on you.

Taking time for a checkup today can prevent pain, stress, and regret tomorrow.

Early detection saves lives.

Your health is worth checking.

📞 Book a checkup today. Your future self will thank you.

International Men’s Day

Today, DNOMMF Hospital joins the world in celebrating International Men’s Day — a day to honor the strength, courage, and positive impact of men in our families and communities.

As we celebrate, we also raise awareness on the major health challenges many men face, including:

🔹 Prostate Disorders – especially prostate enlargement and prostate cancer
🔹 Hypertension & Heart Disease
🔹 Diabetes
🔹 Liver Disease (often linked to alcohol use)
🔹 Mental Health Conditions – stress, depression, burnout
🔹 Sexual & Reproductive Health Issues – erectile dysfunction, infertility
🔹 Cancers – especially prostate, colorectal, and lung cancer

Many of these conditions can be prevented, treated, or well-managed with early detection.

This International Men's Day, we encourage every man to:
✔️ Go for regular health check-ups
✔️ Eat healthy and exercise
✔️ Reduce alcohol and to***co use
✔️ Speak up about stress and mental health
✔️ Take symptoms seriously — don’t ignore them

To all the men who work hard, lead with courage, and care deeply —
We see you. We celebrate you. We prioritize your health.

💙 Happy International Men’s Day!

🎗️ Breast Cancer Awareness

Breast cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths among women — but early detection saves lives.

We encourage all women to perform regular breast self-examinations, attend clinical screenings, and report any unusual changes to a healthcare professional immediately.

At DNOMMF Hospital, we stand with every woman in the fight against breast cancer. Together, we can promote awareness, encourage screening, and save lives. 💖
