Safety first: The safety of the mother and baby is of the utmost importance. Caregivers should follow all safety protocols and take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the mother and baby.
Respect for privacy: Caregivers should respect the privacy of the mother
Safety First: The safety and well-being of all clients and staff members is our top priority. We will maintain a clean, hygienic environment and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
Communication: We will communicate with all clients and staff members in a respectful and professional manner, and we will never engage in discriminatory or disrespectful behavior.
Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including personal and medical information, except as required by law.
Professional Conduct: We will conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times, and we will adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing our industry.
Timely Payment: Clients are expected to pay for services rendered in a timely manner. Late payments may result in a late fee or suspension of services.
Cancellation Policy: Clients are expected to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled care session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or suspension of services.
Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.
Continuous Learning: We are committed to ongoing education and training to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and support to our clients.
Consent and Authorization: We will obtain consent and authorization from clients before providing any care services.
