Hello everyone, I’m Rita 👋 welcome to my fitness journey page!
🏋️♂️ Who I am: I’m just like many of you: busy, trying to stay healthy, and ready to commit to change.
✅ What I do: I follow intermittent fasting, hit the gym regularly, and make sure I take at least 10,000 steps daily. I’m on a mission to lose weight, build strength, and feel better, inside and out.
📆 What you can expect here: I’ll share my daily/weekly progress, honest reflections, workout routines, tips on fasting, walking and staying consistent. Sometimes I’ll post photos or videos — the wins, the struggles, and everything in between.
😊 One fun/random thing about me: I love “listening to motivational podcasts while walking, it keeps me grounded and laughing even when fitness gets tough.
