Here are some of the best things about cinnamon:

Cinnamon has something called cinnamaldehyde, which makes it healthy.

It's packed with antioxidants. These keep your body safe from harm caused by free radicals.

Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties. This is important because too much inflammation can be bad for your body. Cinnamon's antioxidants can help reduce this problem.

Cinnamon can make your body more sensitive to insulin. Insulin is like a traffic cop for your blood sugar.

It can lower your blood sugar levels after you eat. It does this by slowing down how your body breaks down food.

Cinnamon might be good for your brain. It could help stop the things that cause diseases like Alzheimer's.

It fights bacteria and fungi. Cinnamon oil can help with infections in your breathing tubes. It can also keep your teeth healthy and your breath fresh.

Cinnamon is both tasty and good for you. You can use it as a spice in your food. A little bit every day, like a quarter teaspoon, can help your health. You can even add it to water or tea. But don't overdo it – no more than half a teaspoon a day, as overdose/excess consumption of cinnamon may have some negative effect on your body

Let me tell you, cooking is more than just making meals with the available ingredients found in your kitchen. You need to eat healthy to stay healthy.

There are strategies you can use to improve healthy cooking and they are practical and easy.

Okay let's begin

1. ALWAYS PLAN YOUR MEALS IN ADVANCE

Planning your meals is a great way to ensure you are cooking healthy meals. Plan your meals for the week ahead of time and make a grocery list to ensure that
you have all the necessary ingredients available. This will help you avoid relying on unhealthy takeouts or fast foods.

2. CHOOSE FRESH INGREDIENTS

Opt for fresh and wholesome ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed and packaged foods, which are often high in salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats

3. USE HEALTHY COOKING METHODS

Use healthy cooking methods such as grilling,baking or roasting instead of frying or sautéing in oil.
Steaming, boiling, or poaching are also healthy cooking methods that help to retain the nutrients in your food.
