One day, I purchased a spice blend and, out of habit as a professional, I checked the content and nutritional information. To my shock, I found that it contained Sugar, MSG, and other additives/preservatives. I was stunned that such ingredients, known to endanger health and contribute to non-communicable diseases, were being used in everyday spices.
At that moment, I realized that we could do better. As a Dietitian Nutritionist committed to helping people eat right and live a healthy lifestyle through my Facebook group (Dietitians Desk) & WhatsApp Group (Nutrition & Health Lovers), I knew I had to act. This revelation inspired me to venture into spice production, creating "TeeC Foods & Spices" to offer people healthier, natural alternatives.
