Consuming too much processed food, sugar, and unhealthy fats can compromise your immune system. The only food you need is God-given food which is also known as natural food. If you can give your body what it needs, it can take care of itself.
Lack of exercise: Exercise is a body cleaner and immune booster. Regular exercise can boost your immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells, which fight off infections. When you're sedentary, your immune system can weaken, making you more prone to illnesses.
Stress:
High levels of stress can weaken your immune system by suppressing the activity of immune cells. Chronic stress can also lead to inflammation, which can increase your risk of developing illnesses.
