Today, the DHROs in FirstPower went all the way to Awka to celebrate our amazing Head of Human Resources,it was a beautiful surprise!
If there’s one word to describe my boss officially, I’ll call her Perfect.
Personally, I call her Awu Ọtụtụ (the morning sun ☀️).
She is the only person I know who can transform everything and everyone into something better.
You simply can’t work under her and remain the same; your mindset, your approach to work, and your growth will all change for the better.
A true mother to all.
