Low Pcv that's Anemia If not treated during pregnancy it can cause:

❗ Severe weakness in mother
❗ Risk during delivery

🤔 WHAT IS PCV?
PCV means Packed Cell Volume
👉 It measures how much red blood cells you have in your blood

⚠️ WHAT IS “LOW PCV”?
Normal in pregnancy: about 33% and above
Low PCV = less than 33%
👉 This means you don’t have enough blood to carry oxygen well

😟 CAUSES OF LOW PCV

🥗 1️⃣ Poor nutrition
Not eating enough iron-rich foods

🩸 2️⃣ Iron deficiency (MOST COMMON)
Body needs more iron during pregnancy

🦠 3️⃣ Infections
Malaria
Worms

🤰 4️⃣ Increased blood demand

A Caesarean Section is when the baby is delivered through surgery in the abdomen and uterus.

✅ When Caesarean Section May Be Needed
CS Maybe recommended if:
Baby is not in good position (breech)
Baby is too big
Placenta covering cervix
Previous CS complications
Baby in distress
Prolonged labour
Multiple pregnancy (twins sometimes)
