The lessons still remain the same, but information keeps changing.
In case you aren't in the know, the causes of mouth odour are grouped based on the type of mouth odour. (Mouth Odor is also referred to as Halitosis)
How do I mean?, you might want to ask.
The first is TYPE 1 HALITOSIS
Type 1 Halitosis is caused by poor oral hygiene which includes habits like
- Not brushing your teeth regularly.
- Not brushing after the intake of alcohol.
Etc.
To be honest, this isn't conclusive because despite it being the cause of halitosis for some people, it is not for everyone, but if you think it is the cause of your mouth odour, then I will suggest you start brushing your teeth daily and maintaining good oral hygiene.
If you're able to get rid of it this way, then it can be concluded you're having 'Type 1 Halitosis'
On the other hand, some people might might say...
"But I brush my teeth regularly. In fact twice daily, and I don’t even drink alcohol yet my mouth still stinks”
Then, there’s no doubt about it, you are suffering from 'Type 2 halitosis'
That brings us to the second which is TYPE 2 HALITOSIS
Type 2 Halitosis is the major cause of the killer odour that comes out of your mouth regardless of the brand of toothpaste and mouthwash, or the number of times you brush your teeth daily (because if it’s not the cause of your mouth odour, you would have gotten a solution to it by only brushing of your teeth and being hygiene conscious).
Type 2 Halitosis is caused by the decayed undigested food in your intestine.
NOTE
Not all the food we eat gets digested or out of our system as excreta or waste products. Some of them clog around the walls of our large intestines, thereby giving room for bacteria to act on them.
Bacteria feed on these decayed foods in the walls of your intestines and thereby breed odour out from your intestine directly to your lungs and finally to your mouth.
In case you don't know this, in the human body, the colon is part of the large intestine. It's a part of the digestive system that plays a crucial role in absorbing water and electrolytes from the waste material and storing and eliminating waste.
That’s why your mouth will keep smelling regardless of how clean your mouth is if your large intestines (Colon) are crowded with bacteria.
If you agree with me, the different toothpaste/mouthwash you are used to right from when you were a kid is just for gagging in the mouth and never to be taken into your system because they are not naturally made (they are synthetically manufactured).
The majority of them contain Fluoride, and that is why you are advised to spit it out when brushing your teeth because if you swallow it, it will harm you and leave you in a worse condition, causing you to treat more terrible diseases in addition to the mouth odour. (I will explain this in detail in my subsequent posts).
_______
So what do you need to do to get rid of MOUTH ODOUR?
For you to get rid of mouth odour totally, you need 2 things.
1. A toothpaste that does not have fluoride or synthetic ingredients but rather contains naturally sourced ingredients without any addiction.
2. A detoxicant that will detoxify your large intestines (Colon) by washing out the decayed undigested food in your intestine as both urine and excreta and your body system as a whole.
We have these 2 formulas, and it has always been our best-kept secret for years that help me maintain good oral hygiene and a clean digestive system void of opportunistic bacteria.
For the record, I can boldly say that my mouth never smells or reeks of odour or bad breath, even if I just wake up and speak to people when I'm yet to brush.
That's the confidence you will get using the secret formula and the truth is, it's very affordable.
Send us a DM because you shouldn't miss out on this.
