When you're 60 years or above, please go for a mild páin reliíef like páracetamol when ever you feel any páin and avóid some páin relief especially those that contains Cáffeine please.

REASONS; At this age range (60 and above), your blood préssure increases slightly compared to when you were younger because blóod préssure incréases with age and any tríggers can take it to it péak which may be dángérous.

HEALTH TIPS FOR TODAY:
I believe we all know tètr@cycline drûgs, please do not allow any health practitioner to include it on your medications if you're in these category I will mention below;

1. Do not take tètràcycline drûgs if you are on daily birth control pills ( contraceptives) because tètràcycline weakens the potency of the pills and render it inactive.

2. Don't allow them to give your child that's below 8yrs tètràcycline because some health practitioners still do this with the saying that " it does not matter".
Tètràcycline when given to a child below 8years old have the tendency to prèvent adequate bone development, of course you wouldn't want your child to have stunted growth.
Secondly, it leads to permanent teeth discoloration when given to children below 8years.

3. Pregnancy: do not allow them include tètràcycline on your mèdications if you're pregnant because tètràcycline crosses the placenta to àffect the unborn baby (foetus) hîndering adequate bone development of the child, of course no one wants to give birth to a baby with a mîssing body pàrt (undèvèloped pàrt).
Secondly, the tètràcycline taken by the mother during pregnancy which was ingested by the foetus (unborn baby) also have the potency to discolour the baby's teeth later in life.

4. Don't take tètràcycline if you already have Hypèrtension because one of the sîde èffèct of tètràcycline is to cause intracranial hypertension (increased prèssurè in the head), though not in every case.

4. Don't take tètràcycline if you have ulcèr because one of the sîde effèct of tètràcycline is stomach discómfórt (ulcer).

5. Don't take it if you have liver disèàse, kidnèy fáîlure because it would wórsèn the càse.

Omadacycline

Topic: The harmful effects of high "RED MEAT" consumption.

Red meat is high in protein, which is necessary for building muscles, bones, tissues, and enzymes however, the èffects of high consumption out weighs the benefits.

The effects of high "RED MEAT" consumption includes;

Cardiovascular diseàses/ heart diseàses, ströke, big belly, kidney diseàse, hypercholesterolemia, cértain càncer and diabetes.

Red meat causes diabetes, I know some would like "how" but it does by dàmàging the pancreas and increasing insulin resistànce by so doing the glucose level in the blood rises because insulin is affècted.

Experiment to show that red meat is hàrmful;
When red meat is place on room temperature, it solidifies after a while because of the Saturated fat it contains and this is also what happens in the body. When red meat is eaten, it's in it normal state but most times due to certain temperature, the fat from the meat being absorbed solidifies (just as it does in room temperature) there by causing blöckage (embölism) and hîndering free flow of blood to that particular area that the passage is blöcked, it could be the heart, brain and that's were heart attáck and strôke sets in.

Main point: Red meat should be eaten very moderately if you must eat it at all.

HEALTH TIPS FOR TODAY
For people with high blood pressure ( Hypertension) especially the elderly, this is for you.

Food/fruits that can help reduce blood pressure includes;

1. Bananas: bananas contain potassium which can help reduce blood pressure.

2. water melon: water melons contain an amino acid (Citrulline) which converts to arginine in the body can help reduce blood pressure and also maintain heart health.

3. Oats; They contain a lot of fiber called beta - glucan which maintains heart health and also reduce blood pressure.

4. Dark chocolate: They have cacao which contains flavonoids, an antioxidant that have the tendency to reduce blood pressure.

5. Garlic: The allicin in garlic have the tendency to reduce blood pressure.

6. Leafy vegetables like cabbage, spinach etc

7. Pomegranates.

8. Citrus fruits like oranges etc contains hesperidin that can reduce blood pressure.

HEALTH TIPS FOR TODAY

Please cut down your carbohydrate intake to enjoy good health and replace it with fruits and vegetables because a lot of s!ckness today is linked to high carbohydrate intake.

Carbohydrates converted to glucose in the body have so many effects on our health when the value is higher than required. This effect includes;

1. Obesity; when you take excess cab, the body takes the daily required (about 130grams per day for people above one) and converts the remaining cab (glucose) into fat and the fat is stored in the adipose tissues. This is why the individual with high glucose gains weight but in an unhealthy manner that attracts so many a!lments most times.

2. Diabetes; Every carbohydrate you take converts to glucose in the body. So whether you take sugar or not provided you're taking excess cab, you're prone to diabetes.

3. Hyperglycemia; This occurs as a result of high intake of carbohydrate (glucose).

4. Eye defect; when blood sugar is high it affects the eye.

5. Muscle weakness; this is due to the accumulated fat in the adipose tissues ( remember we said excess cab is converted to fat and stored in the adipose tissues).

6. Hypertension; This is caused by the unhealthy fat gotten from the excess carbohydrates

7. Effect to the brain and heart; Carbohydrates is needed by the brain and heart to function effectively but in moderation, when it's above normal it causes more h@rm than good.

Aside these effects listed above, excess carbohydrates (more than the body's requirement) still have other effects.

In conclusion, excessive intake of carbohydrates on a daily basis is a free ticket for other ailments into our body.

Remember that you can not take care of your health without the maker of the body (GOD). Also rely on him to live healthy.
