KIDNEY PROBLEMS

HERNIA
A weak spot develops in or around the muscle wall, usually as a result of straining while lifting heavy object.

EPILEPSY (WARAPA)
Epilepsy is defined as an episodic disturbance of conciousness, during which generalised convulsions may occur.
Epilepsy is the most common form of seizures,also called convulsions or fits. Epilepsy can be caused by injury to the head, neck, or spinal cord especially before or during birth, high fever during early childhood or infectious disease can also cause it. Heredity can be involved. Oxygen deprivation at birth or a later head injury may be casual factors.
During a seizures the person may fall during the attack, often injuring himself, he may bite his tongue, pass urine, and awake to realise that, because of muscular soreness something has happened. There is a tendency to sleep following the attack sometimes, attack occur only during sleep.
Some seizures take the form of antisocial or natural conduct
On recovery, amnesia is generally complete, so no effort is made to hide what happened. The epileptic may gradually deteriorate.

CANCER
Cancer, also known as malignancy is an abnormal growth of cells,cancer types are named after the part of the body affected. Cancer can start almost anywhere in the human body which is made up of trillion of cells.
Normally, human cells grow and divide to form new cell as the needs them. When cell grow old or become damaged, they die and new cell take their place. When cancer develop, however the ordinary process breaks down. As cells become more and more abnormal,old or damaged cell survived when they should die and new cells form when are not needed. These extra cells can divide without stopping and will form growth called TUMORS.
Many cancers form solid many tumors which are masses of tissues, but cancers of the blood such as leukaemia,generally do not form solid tumors.

JAUNDICE
Jaundice means when the whites of the eyes turn yellow, then the mucous membranes and then the skin generally.
CAUSES: When for various reason, the liver cannot handle the load placed upon it, bilirubin's build up, this is a yellow-brown substance which results from the breakdown of old red blood cells. The liver must constantly remove bilirubin's from the blood and if this is not done billirubin begins collecting in tissue all over the body. The urine is darker and the stools are lighter, because the billirubin, usually contained is not present.
But red blood cell destruction can also cause it, blood tests identify whether the problem is obstruction of RBC destruction.
But, rather a symptoms of one, it can point to pernicious, anaemia, hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver and hemolysis( abnormal destruction of red blood cell), jaundice can also be called by a blockage of the bile ducts in the liver, because of gallstones or a tumor, more rarely, it caused by a parasitic infestation, such as tapeworm, hookworm, a flea, or mosquito carrying a viral infection.
INFECTION JAUNDICE; Sudden fever chills, anaemia, jaundice, sometimes abdominal pains and occasionally aseptic meningitis.
CAUSES
This is an infectious disease caused by the leptosptraictero hemorrhage, a spirochete bacteria, rats, dogs,and various wild animals carry it.
People are infected when urine- contaminated water(generally from rats) penetrates cuts their fingers or during butchering and skimming of infected animals, the rats are not harmed by the diseases.
Leptospire is a parasite which travels to the liver and greatly multiplies there, but can also be found in the blood and in the urine.
