GOOD FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND RHEUMATISM.

Preparation: Get it and wash it well to remove sand,then put it a bowl and squeeze it very well to remove the water from it, dont add any water to it except the one from the leaves. Add 1or 1/2 tin of milk to it and stir well and drink. Do it only in the night because it will allow you to sleep well,if u try it daytime u will be sleeping. Don't do it daily, let it 2 or 3 times weekly but check ur blood pressure so that it won't go down too much.

FOR RHEUMATISM :Get the leaves wash to remove sand. Then march the leaves a little with stone or with anything and mix with Shear Butter (ORI) and apply it to the affected area of ur body Day and Night.

PREPARING STRETCH MARKS BODY SCRUB & CREAM REMOVER

STRETCH MARK SCRUB WITH RAW SUGAR & SHEA BUTTER
INGREDIENTS:
· 1/2 cup organic raw cane sugar
· 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
· 1 tablespoon shea butter
· 5 drops lavender essential oil
· 1/2 teaspoon vitamin E oil
· 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice or 3 drops of lemon essential oil
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. For smoother results, place in a pan on low heat, stirring until smooth.
Place ingredients in a glass jar or container with a lid.
Rub this stretch mark scrub on affected areas two to three times per week, such as during a shower. Then after you pat the area dry, apply the stretch mark cream to give your skin the best chance to become blemish-free!

HOMEMADE STRETCH MARK CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
· 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
· 2 tablespoons cocoa butter
· 2 tablespoons shea butter
· 3 tablespoons almond oil
· 6 tablespoons water
· 2 teaspoons vitamin E oil
· 20 drops lavender essential oil
· 20 drops cypress or Juniper Berry essential oil
· 10 drops grapefruit essential oil
· 10 drops helichrysum or Frankincense essential oil
Directions:
Using a small sauce pan, melt the coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and almond oil on very low heat.
Once oils are completely melted, mix in the water until oils and water are combined and smooth.
Remove from heat and continue to mix oil and water until mixture cools to room temperature developing a creamy consistency.
When the mixture is room temperature stir in the vitamin E oil, lavender, cypress/Juniper Berry, grapefruit and helichrysum/Frankincense essential oils.
Store cream in a dark glass container. If you use a clear glass container, store in a dark place.

This is a simple remedy that is absolutely effective. It cleans your system from all those bad cholesterol gotten from bleached palm oil (measuring groundnut oil) and other harmful stuffs we buy from the market and eat every day.

What do you need?

1. 2 or more apples(Any apple will do)
2. Lemon grass (Fever grass)
3. A pot
4. Water.

Wash and cut the apples into smaller sizes, add into a pot, wash and add some lemon grass into the pot as well. Pour in water to cover up the mixture, put to boil on low heat.

You will know when the nutrient of the apples and lemon grass have seeped into the water, bring down and allow to cool. Sieve into a container.

✅A glass cup of this mixture twice daily (Anytime of the day).

Garlic
Clove
Lime

PREPARATION:
Rinse, dice and boil all the items with clean water.

Women looking to conceive should use during their period.

Men should add Tumeric.

Sieve before drinking.

Warming is allowed.

➡️Causes of Piles (Hemorrhoids)
The blood vessels around the a**s and in the re**um will stretch under pressure and may swell or bulge. Inflamed veins (hemorrhoids) can develop when pressure increases in the lower re**um. This may be due to:

⏩Chronic constipation
⏩Chronic diarrhea
⏩Hard stool
⏩Hereditary factors

Ground the seed of cotton with sugar and poured it into the bottle containing Palm kernel oil (30cl), then left for seven days.

✅After which the first dose of two table spoonful will be taken. Later, one spoonful every morning is to be taken before breakfast.

This herbal is to be taken at four days interval.

Piles Herbal 2⃣

✅Cut the root of papaya plant into pieces. Boil it with water. Drink one glass of the decoction three times a day.

☑️Bitter gourd leaves

It usually come out at the time of defecation. The symptoms are occasional and can be easy noticed.

For example, itching near the a**s, pains when sitting for long, bleeding when bowel movements occurs.

Generally hemorrhoids attack last a few days and the symptoms subsides.

Here are some effective treatments for hemorrhoid.

1) A tea to drink morning, afternoon and evening.

RECIPE

2small bitter cola

2 red onion

3 liters of water

PREPARATION

Grind the bitter cola and slice the onion.

Put in a pot and add 3 liters of water.

Boil for 30 minutes.

Dosage
Drink this morning afternoon and evening till it gets finished.

2. Second treatment

RECIPE

6 cloves of garlic

Mango leaves and bark of mango tree

4 liters of water

PREPARATION

Wash the garlic don't peel it and put in a pot.

Add the mango leaves and the bark of the mango tree and add 4 liters of water.

Boil for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool and drink morning, afternoon, and evening for 3weeks.

RECIPE
