Usually hypertension is defined as blood pressure above 140/90.

HIV PLANTS
This plant is one of the best for treatment of kidney diseases but when prepared in a special way in combination with one other plant which i will reveal later, it has very high HIV and Hepatitis fighting capacity. Some other plants that can serve this same purpose are Plants like Rheum palmatum L., Rheum officinale, Trigonostem axyphophylloides, Vatica astrotricha, Vernonia amygdalina, Hypoxias pelargonium, Sidoides hemerocallidea and Sutherlandia frutescens etc.
Some clients now order for this herb and use it as HIV prophylaxis, I have continued to warn them that it doesn't offer 100 percent protection. Abstain from s*x if you are single(if possible), be loyal to your partner if you are married, if you can't zip up, use a condom.

A PROFESSOR BOMBARDED ME ON MAY 1ST
I hosted my Professor/academic mentor on may 1st. We shared a drink while he analysed burning national issues. I listened attentively and drank from his well of wisdom. Prof's attention was drawn to several containers of herbs on a shelf, he stood up, grabbed one and started a conversation that ended up in what looked like a graduate seminar presentation. Our conversation-

THE DEVIL DOG.
I watched this video in tears, women like this are now scarce. This video is a must watch for all women.
Number one characteristic of a good mother: "YOUR CHILDREN COME FIRST".
Mothers are supposed to be the primary caregivers of their children and play an integral role in their development and well-being. A good mother provides love, support, protection and guidance to her children, helping them to develop strong self-esteem and confidence
If your kids are not your priority, you are not a mother, you are just a vehicle. A have seen women abandon their children with their husbands and run away with richer men, i have seen women dump their babies in refuse dump, my neigbour's daughter abandoned her new born twins in hospital and ran off to south Africa with a new lover and never looked back(the twins are 7 years old now), many women abandon their children to pursue career. The men are not any better, a man I know very well abandoned his wife with 5 kids and ran off to USA, he never looked back,its been 11 years now(the kids are in bad shape), I chip in whenever i can. A greater percentage of the people you see everyday are dysfunctional, choose your spouse wisely(check their root).
My favourite good mother/good wife quote :

Did you notice how things changed when the boy's father showed up? Even the dog knows... But if the mother was absent, the child would have been dead before the father showed up. Need i say more?

MELON OF THE WITCHES-(women will love this plant)

In Turkey, it is used for fertility issues.In China, Korea and Japan, it is used to treat hormonal imbalance.In Nigeria we use it for treatment of uterine fibroid, painful periods, severe cramps, prolonged periods and many other gynecological issues. It is also an effective and safe colon cleanser. It is a multi-purpose medicinal plant used both home and abroad.
Its common names include colocynth, bitter apple, bitter cucumber, desert gourd, vine of S***m, witches' melon among others. I believe that the name 'melon of the witches' is just used to mystify the plant because I have used this plant for about adecades and I am yet to see any link between this plant and witchcraft.
