THE DOS AND DONTS IN WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Let us start with the Don't in losing weight
๐ Do not eat too much, you need to be on a portion controlled diet. Eating too much will result in adding more weight.
๐ Do not starve yourself. Which also means that you must not take below the daily required calories. In losing Weight, you need to be on a diet with fewer calorie intake from food or expending the calories you have taken in.
*Note that*
๐When you take in more energy and calories than you burn then you gain weight
๐when you take in less energy than you burn, you lose weight
๐ when you take in the energy as you burn, you maintain weight.
Another point is that ๐
Do not live a sedentary lifestyle, get up and be active.
More reason we need some range of physical activities as we want to lose weight
๐ Do not eat junks such as refined drinks snacks from flour, carbonated or refined drinks, chocolate, candies and more.
Let us now move to the Do's ๐๐๐๐
If you are eating junks and all I have stated above and you say you are following my meal plan na lie o
๐Eat enough fruits and vegetables.
๐ Eat food high in fiber
๐ you need to engage in a regular exercise.
Some of the important or exercise are as follow:
๐It helps in burning fats and calories
๐it reduces risk of heart and blood diseases
๐ it reduces the risk of hypertension and diabetes
๐ it helps to maintain weight
๐it reduces high blood pressure
๐ it reduces the risk of arthritis
๐it reduces the risk of osteoporosis and falls
To lose weight and keep fit, you will need some degree of physical activities with your diet and calories considerations.
Examples of mild exercises you need are
๐Walking
๐Brisk walking
๐Biking
๐Skipping if you can
๐Dancing. For the young adults, you can jog
Do not eat too late at night and make sure you do not go to bed less than two hours after dinner and not too more than 2 hours after dinner to prevent snacking.
This prevents excess Tummy fats and excess body weight, it also makes you to sleep better

You can blend these together with your blender, you don't have to add water since you are using watermelon, after blending sieve and extract the juice. ( For those who do not have juicer)
