We will guide you through the 3 months.
*Aim* : is to encourage you to take a fruit or Vegetable daily thereby improving your overall wellbeing thereby keeping you away from sicknesses.
We will also introduce you to how better you can incorporate these fruits and vegetables into your daily meals.

You are still eating your normal daily meal, but will help you incorporate these fruits and vegetables into whatever you chose to eat daily.

Only 100 slots is available and we have started counting, we will stop taking in payments once we reach 100.

Those who participates last year had a great experience with us.
You can give it a trial and you will testify.

This fruits and vegetables Challenge is a program that will last for 3 months.

Program will start on 1st of February till April 30th.

Beetroot and chia seeds smoothie.
This smoothie can be taken by anyone but it is mostly beneficial to those who are diabetic and hypertensive.

Recipe
1 medium beetroot
Half handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of water.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHIA SEEDS

Highly nutritious
Loaded with antioxidants
May support weight loss
May lower your risk of heart disease
Contain many important bone nutrients
May reduce blood sugar levels.

Spinach is high in fiber, good for diabetic patients and everyone.
The combination of these ingredients is good for our general wellbeing.

To be taken in the morning on empty stomach or as dinner.

THE DOS AND DONTS IN WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Let us start with the Don't in losing weight
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do not eat too much, you need to be on a portion controlled diet. Eating too much will result in adding more weight.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do not starve yourself. Which also means that you must not take below the daily required calories. In losing Weight, you need to be on a diet with fewer calorie intake from food or expending the calories you have taken in.
*Note that*
๐Ÿ‘‰When you take in more energy and calories than you burn then you gain weight
๐Ÿ‘‰when you take in less energy than you burn, you lose weight
๐Ÿ‘‰ when you take in the energy as you burn, you maintain weight.
Another point is that ๐Ÿ‘‡
Do not live a sedentary lifestyle, get up and be active.
More reason we need some range of physical activities as we want to lose weight
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do not eat junks such as refined drinks snacks from flour, carbonated or refined drinks, chocolate, candies and more.

๐Ÿ‘‰ you need to engage in a regular exercise.
Some of the important or exercise are as follow:
๐Ÿ‘‰It helps in burning fats and calories
๐Ÿ‘‰it reduces risk of heart and blood diseases
๐Ÿ‘‰ it reduces the risk of hypertension and diabetes
๐Ÿ‘‰ it helps to maintain weight
๐Ÿ‘‰it reduces high blood pressure
๐Ÿ‘‰ it reduces the risk of arthritis
๐Ÿ‘‰it reduces the risk of osteoporosis and falls
To lose weight and keep fit, you will need some degree of physical activities with your diet and calories considerations.
Examples of mild exercises you need are

๐Ÿ‘‰Brisk walking

You can blend these together with your blender, you don't have to add water since you are using watermelon, after blending sieve and extract the juice. ( For those who do not have juicer)
