Job Overview
We are recruiting for a versatile and highly-organized female personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, handling reports, and correspondence on behalf of the ceo.
Job Responsibilities
• Act as custodian of sensitive matters and information relating to peculiar issues within the CEO’s office monitoring internal and external correspondence.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of files, improve the filing systems, prepare reports and power point presentations as assigned.
• Examine documents for the CEO’s review to ensure quality control and compliance with company’s procedures and policies.
• Help the CEO manage workflow and office deadlines.
• Make and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone calls and respond to messages on behalf of the CEO where necessary.
• Maintain a organisation calendar by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings appointments and organizing events.
• Oversee social media accounts, communicate with client and respond to queries in a timely manner while monitoring events’ reviews.
• Design and implement social media strategy and generate contents that align with organization goals
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience .
• Extensive experience in creating documents using office software such as MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must be social media savvy.
• Proximity is key, candidates who live within Ibadan (willing to relocate) and Lagos are encouraged to apply
