I was at Christian Faith Leaders' Training where they were trained to champion the salient nutrition messages, including Exclusive Breastfeeding EB, Early Initiation of Breastfeeding EIB, Good Hygiene Practices Hy, Complementary Feeding CF, and Proper Feeding During Pregnancy. It was truly inspiring to see these faith leaders stepping up, ready to drive meaningful change in their communities and spread health and proper nutrition awareness across Oyo State using their various platforms!

On 21st August 2024 the Solina Health formally signed her contract extention. It’s been a wonderful journey with our NSAs in pushing for improved nutrition results in Oyo state.

As Oyo State ANRiN PIU we provided support to the Islamic Arm of the training for the Faith Leaders on 29th July 2024 at the Ibadan House. The training serve as review of the previous phase and the update on the current phase. Our PIU SBCC Consultant (John Oluwafemi Olla) took the training on Interpersonal Communication (IPC). With the training, it is almost sure that Oyo state reach about Social and Behavioural Change message will witness a better data outcome compare to our present performance.
Thanks to Dr Mrs Alarape for the wonderful opening speech and Centre for Communication and Social Impact - CCSI for driving the process as well as the World Bank Nigeria World Bank for support the ANRiN project as a whole.
