*YOUR EYE DESERVES SPECIAL CARE THIS PERIOD*

During self-quarantine, one might be glued to the television screen, mobile phones or computer screen without giving your eyes a break. *Eyes are one of the main sensory organs in our body and we constantly keep using our eyes throughout the day.*

Just as our body needs rest, so do our eyes. If one keeps watching various shows and movies throughout the day, your eyes may begin to start burning which may cause tears and redness in the eye. *Make sure you take a 20-minute break to calm your eyes and indulge in some eye-exercises.*

To cool your eyes, you could try cutting a slice of cucumber or adding rose water on a tissue ball and keeping it on your eyes and relax. This effect will leave your eyes hydrated and fresh for a longer period of time. One could also try doing some eye exercises to improve vision. You could try moving your eye in a circular motion, side to side, up to down. Make sure you consult me before trying any of the exercises or remedies.

*Instead of being glued to the television, one can indulge in reading a book as it will also help in enhancing your vision and your mind.* Many of us watch the screen in the dark, it is said that this is considered to be bad as we are straining our eyes to an extreme level.

One must also avoid staring at the lights or direct sunlight; if you want to make sure you use an anti-glare screen if needed. *While watching the television make sure you choose a comfortable spot. While watching, if you feel your eyes are getting dry, make sure you blink and wash your face. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes. Always remember to not stay glued to the television, get up every two hours and give your eyes a break.*

Forever Vision is a great quality supplement for the eye and it’s highly recommended.

Pls stay safe and healthy.

Dear esteemed friend,

During these stressful time, it's easy to feel powerless as the World begins to shut down around you, but I'm here to inform that you should never be POWERLESS on your journey to great health and wellness.

With the spread of COVID-19, also known as coronavirus; one can't be too careful.

Kindly maintain good hygiene at the highest level, take in more fruits with vitamin c or rich/quality vitamin supplement, observe social distancing, wash your hands at regular close intervals or get a sanitizer. Note the hand sanitizer is to be used when you cant get access to soap and water especially when you are on the go. Also take a bath on getting home.

YOU matter, YOU mean a lot.

_Foods to Lower Blood Pressure_

The truth is we all want to find alternatives to high blood pressure medications such as diets, exercises or special foods to lower blood pressure.

The side effects that we experience can be worse than the actual high blood pressure problem itself. Too many of us become non-compliant with the medications we are prescribed.

As a result, we live with uncontrolled hypertension which is also dangerous. So what do we do if we want to lower and control our hypertension and yet be drug-free?

What we need to do is find solid alternatives to the problem. So today we look at different foods to help lower blood pressure.

*Juicing* is also a very effective way to control blood pressure. When I am talking about juice ```I am not talking about commercially processed juices```. These juices generally contain to much sugar and sodium, and are not advisable.

The best juices to drink are the ones you can make at home. Example of fruits that can be used for juices and can be purchased in your local foods stores are pomegranate, beet root and cranberry.

Recent studies have found that as little as *2 ounces of pomegranate juice* a day lowers high blood pressure, improves cholesterol, and even decreases plaques in your arteries.

One glass of beetroot juice a day is enough to significantly reduce blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure. Drinking 250ml beetroot juice a day can lower BP better than some anti-hypertensive drugs.

*Water*

I know water isn’t a juice. But if you are trying to lower your blood pressure here are some things you should know.

Drinking adequate amounts of water is, quite simply, one of the healthiest, cheapest, and most effective ways that you can help lower your blood pressure.

Chronic dehydration causes blood vessels to constrict, which helps the body conserve water by reducing water loss through perspiration, urination, and respiration.

Most people have heard of the eight-glasses-a-day rule, even if they don’t abide by it. But that recommendation is just the minimum intake.

This is as far as I go today, Should you consider *Natural Supplements* to help lower your High BP,
