5 Major Signs Your Body Is Low on Water
Water is essential for blood circulation, digestion, temperature control, kidney function, and detoxification. Even mild dehydration can disrupt these processes and worsen conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and fatigue.

1. Yellow or Strong-Smelling Urine
One of the earliest and clearest signs of low water levels is dark yellow urine.
● Healthy hydration → pale yellow or almost clear urine
● → dark yellow, amber, or strong-smelling urine
This happens because the kidneys concentrate urine to conserve water.

2. Fatigue and Low Energy
When the body lacks water:
● Blood volume reduces
● Oxygen and nutrients reach cells less efficiently
● Energy production drops
● You may feel tired, weak, dizzy, or mentally slow even without heavy activity.

**LETTER TO THE SICK**

Waking up with a heavy heart, a tired body, and a frustrated mind can be challenging and demanding on your overall health—not to mention your social life!

You may reach a point in life where you repeatedly ask yourself, “What have I done wrong that warrants me going through all of these problems?”

You struggle with one aspect of health or another and feel neglected by your Lord, despite your commitment to the spiritual world.

It might be body weakness yesterday, general body pain today, or another serious disease already showing symptoms. Perhaps you're struggling to get food on your table, facing job frustrations, having difficulty finding your soulmate, or dealing with the inability to conceive.

I know these challenges can take a significant toll on your health. It can feel like you're being forgotten in this world.

Nature has its ups and downs, but I hope you experience the goodness that nature brings much more than the hardships. This is where we find ourselves, and we have to thrive in this world whether we like it or not!

Please be gentle with yourself, stay calm in all situations, and hold onto hope through prayers and patience.

You're stronger than your problems!
Your Lord hasn't forsaken you!
You’re not being forgotten!
All you need to do is persevere! The ease is near!

While persevering, seeking help when necessary is key. Speak up to a trusted friend, go for counseling, visit clinics for interventions, and above all, pray, pray, and pray! Some battles are better fought spiritually.

Life will work perfectly for you. All the good things you desire will come to you, and you will be happy forever after.
