A termed pregnant🤰 woman with multiple gestation (twin), having eclampsia (rare, life-threatening obstetric emergency defined by the onset of seizures in a pregnant or postpartum woman)

Her almost lifeless body was rushed into the theatre and set on the theatre table. Our target was to deliver the babies FAST as the mother was being intubated,it was a scary scene😒😫😟. Infact, we didn't wait for any spinal (anesthesia) to be given because the mother was... On getting to the uterus (womb), the babies were brought out one after the other. The first twin picked up after little resuscitation but the second Twin wouldn't respond.

Under my nose mask, I kept murmuring my prayers as I worked on the second twin, nothing good dies in my hands, nothing good is permitted to die in my hands, dear Lord show me mercy...guess what?

The mother, Twin 1,Twin 2 👶👶...all made it. The mother was discharged from the ICU to the ward by the following day . The Lord showed mercy, He rescued them all.

Dear Lord, let it please You to show mercy to all pregnant women seeing this write up, cause all husbands of pregnant wives to have full joy at the end of the journey
