Allah made it clear in Surah Ta-Ha verse 124 turning away from His remembrance only brings misery in this life. The heart becomes tight, the soul feels empty, and peace runs away. And on the Day of Judgment, such people will rise blind, with nothing to guide them.

My brother, my sister, is that the ending we want? Turn back to Allah while you still can. His remembrance is the only thing that brings peace now, and light in the Hereafter.
