Having knowledge of what to expect during each trimester will further prepare the woman both physically and psychologically.

The first trimester:
The first 12 weeks of pregnancy, for most women may be tiring and at this time many can only notice the extreme tiredness, hence the need for _adequate_ rest as the body dictates.

It is noteworthy, that most organs such as the brain, lungs and kidneys are fully developed by 10 weeks , significantly in the first trimester.

As most women still battle within , especially when not prepared for pregnancy, the baby continues to grow within the uterus, bigger and stronger.

_Adequate preparation of early pregnancy signs and symptoms such as morning sickness, breast tenderness, frequent urination, heartburn, food craving etc, at this time, most feel 'uneasy and funny 'as usually described due to the pregnancy

Interactive session with my preggie neighbor who narrated her ordeal with Lipton tea drank raw prescribed by her village doctor for weight reduction of her unborn baby....

It's a shocker to me...😭

Effect of caffeinated drinks like Lipton to both mother and baby :

✍️Increase heart rate and blood pressure .

✍️ Sleep disturbance

✍️ Headache

✍️ Birth defects

✍️ Small size baby, growth restriction and more...

I quickly intervene by telling her to eat healthier, drink a lot of water and take enough rest.
