2. Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries): High in antioxidants and fiber.
3. Fatty Fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel): Rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
4. Whole Grains (brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat): High in fiber and nutrients.
5. Legumes (lentils, chickpeas, black beans): Rich in protein, fiber, and minerals.
