Aged peoples need to follow these precautions for longest healthy conditions,mostly digestive organs breaking the analysis 1 always engage in eating foods with fibers this will help /aide digestion to rapidly take place with ease.eat little with head upright for at least 30minutes plus with pure natural clean water,avoid carbonate drinks,engage in raw fruits,if he or she cannot shew it should be blended to suit, sleep by raising your head up a little,this should be supported with pillow to suit,age peoples does not sleep for long expecially in the night,this should be properly noted by those with them,this is nature control.expect more just stay with my group ,live long and stay strong with nature 08034610842
