Elder abuse doesn’t always look like bruises or broken bones.

• Being ignored because they’re “too slow”
• Being left hungry, dirty, lonely… in their own home
• Being treated like a burden instead of a blessing

The painful truth?
Most elder abuse is done by people who never planned to be abusive.
