Many wonder why the face is having different shades of color. In other words hyperpigmentation or skin discoloration. In the last one year, I have witnessed how people have overcome this issue.

Skin discoloration can be caused by various factors, such as sun damage, hormonal changes, acne scars, and aging. While there is no one-size-fits-all remedy for skin discoloration, here are some tips and remedies that may help:

1. Use sunscreen: Sunscreen is the most important step in preventing and reducing skin discoloration. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even on cloudy days. I remember the days of the rallies under the sun. I had an SPF 50 to my rescue.

2. Vitamin C: Vitamin C is an antioxidant that can help brighten and even out skin tone. Use a vitamin C serum or cream daily to improve skin discoloration.

3. Retinoids: Retinoids are a type of vitamin A that can help reduce the appearance of dark spots and improve overall skin texture. Use a retinoid cream or serum at night.

Here are some ways to promote anti-aging:

1. Maintain a healthy diet: Eating a balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help promote healthy aging.
Exercise regularly: Regular exercise can help maintain muscle mass, increase bone density, and improve cardiovascular health.

I found this difficult to achieve in Nigeria until I came across a game changing product that helps.

I used to wonder why towels get dark after use. Do you also care about it. I would get back to the bath process. Soap and Sponge 🧽 and try the towel again. The same result was observed. I was worried for years after years and eventually gave up.

But 14 months ago, I attended a skincare course and learned of a phrase “Dead skin” so I became curious to learn why it is important to get rid of dead skin.

Removing dead skin allows your body to get of old cells and it is the key to letting the lively ones underneath come to surface and shine, giving you healthier skin overall

Exfoliation is the process of getting the dead skin and it can be done through natural exfoliants or otherwise. But due to my preference for nature inspired solutions. I opted for a nature based exfoliant sourced from Milk and Honey 🍯
After going through this process for 8 weeks (twice a week) I said bye to white towel turning black
