Ever noticed tiny spots or squiggly lines drifting across your vision?

Those are called floaters; small clumps of gel-like material inside the eye’s vitreous (the clear, jelly-like substance filling the eye).

They move as your eyes move, and while they’re usually harmless, sudden increases or flashes of light could signal a serious issue.

Floaters are a normal part of aging, but if they bother you or change suddenly, it’s time to get checked.

Have you been wearing the same glasses for a period of time?

Wearing the same prescription for too long can lead to:
• Eye strain and fatigue
• Worsening vision
• Poor posture from compensating
• Headaches and low productivity

Glasses aren’t forever, your eye health evolves.
Which is why you need to get an updated test before it leads to a bigger issue.

That urge to rub your eyes always is doing more harm than good.

Sure, it gives temporary relief but it could be:

🔹 Weakening your cornea
🔹 Spreading germs and infections
🔹 Worsening allergies and irritation

Your eyes are sensitive and rubbing isn’t the answer. You can use cold compress or lubricating eye drops.

Persistent itching, discomfort, or blurry vision might mean something deeper is going on.

If you keep having these symptoms, Visit Forst Eye Clinic for a proper check-up.
