HERE ARE SOME LOCAL HERBAL REMEDIES FOR TREATING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.

HERBAL REMEDY 1
Eso pear meje (Seven Seeds Of Avocado)

PREPARATION
You will sundry the aforementioned seeds. You will pulverize it to fine powder.

USAGE
You will be adding one full table spoon of the herbal preparation inside eko gbigbonan (hot corn meal) every morning. Use it for a month.

HERBAL REMEDY 2
1. Alubosa aayu lopo (plenty Garlic)
2. Ginger merin (Four pieces of Ginger)
3. Obi abata Oloju merin meta ( Three pieces of Kolanut with four lobes /Cola Nitida)
4. Omi Osan wewe (lime orange juice)

PREPARATION
You will chop plenty Garlic, Four Pieces of Ginger, Three pieces of Kolanut and soak it inside the lime orange juice. Allow it to soak for 48 hours.

USAGE
You will be drinking two table spoon of the herbal preparation two times daily.

HERBAL REMEDY 3
1. Ishapa mala pupa (is Hausa Plant called Zobo/Roselle)
2.Ataare lopo (plenty alligator pepper)
3. Suga Onikoro (cubes Of sugar)

PREPARATION
You will boil the aforementioned items together with water.

USAGE
You will be drinking one glass of it morning and night.

HERBAL REMEDY 4
1. Eso Isin lopo (plenty fruits of Ackee apple/Blighia sapida)
2. Odidi ataare kan ( A whole Alligator Pepper/Aframomum Melegueta)

PREPARATION
You will burn the entire aforementioned item together.

USAGE
You will be adding two table of it to a bottle of Coca-Cola drinks.

PREPARATION
You will chop the fruit into pieces and sundry it. You will make it to fine powder.

USAGE
You will be adding one table spoon of it eko Gbigbona (hot corn meal) every morning.

1.Atale funfun (White ginger)
2. Alubosa Ayuu (Garlic)
3. Alubosa Onisu (Onions)

PREPARATION
You will pound the entire aforementioned items together. You soak it inside water overnight. The following morning. You will sieve it.

You will mix it with honey (original natural honey) You will be drinking it little by little

1.Omi agbon lita kan (one liter of coconut water)
2.Omi igbin lita kan (One liter of snail water)
3.Oyin igan lita kan (One liter of natural honey)
