✍️TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY👍 DURING PREGNANCY🤰👩👦
1. Eat A Healthy Diet🍒🍌🍏🍉🍅
Eating a healthy food is important for pregnant women. Your baby needs nutrients to grow healthy and strong in the womb. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Do not take any drugs aside from the ones prescribed to you by your doctor.
3. If you have any complain please see your doctor. Do not take any drugs on your own.
4. Stay Hydrated🥛
Women's body needs more water than it did before pregnancy.
5. Always Remember To Go For Your Prenatal Checkup🕵️
Some pregnant women don't always see it relevant to go for checkup. Please always get regular prenatal care from your doctor or a health worker for the sake of the unborn child.
6. Exercise⛹️🏋️
This really helps a lot of pregnant women during labor. When I say exercise doesn't mean you should involve yourself in strenuous exercise. Just a walk is okay.
7. Get Enough Sleep😴
Enough sleep is important for you and your baby. Try to sleep on your left side to improve blood flow.
8. Reduce Stress😪
A pregnant woman should avoid stressful situations. physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
9. Do Not Smoke🤒
Smoking is unhealthy for you and your unborn child. It increases the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), premature birth, miscarriage and other poor outcomes.
10. Do as your doctor says. Any test your doctor tells you to do, DO IT. Do not ignore any test. It's for the good of you and your unborn child.
11. Always remember that anything (water, food etc.) you take in to your body, your child also takes part of it. So you must eat enough food so that you'll have strength.
12. Do not adhere to any advice given to you by any other person that is not a doctor or a health worker.
