2. Effective communication skills in English and at least one of the most spoken dialect in that particular region.
3. Basic background and appreciation of online community and uses of social media platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. TO CREATE AND MONITOR ONLINE SYSTEMS FOR EFFICIENT DISTRIBUTION OF OUR PRODUCTS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE TO THE PICKUP CENTRES IN THE STATES AND REGIONS.
2. TASK WITH THE DUTY OF PROMOTING THE AIMLIFE BRAND WITHIN THEIR GEOGRAPHICAL REGION.
3. MONITOR AND TRACK THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS BY STATE BRAND AMBASSADORS ASSIGNED RO THEM IN THEIR REGION.

Lions, Tigers and Bears... Oh MY! These Three Creatures of God Found Family in Each Other:

This American black bear, Bengal tiger and African lion were all subjected to terrible animal cruelty. But, as 2 month-old cubs, Baloo the bear, Leo the lion, and Shere Khan the tiger were brought together. Unbelievably enough, the babies bonded and became each other's family.

They don't care that they look different, smell different or are even of different species.

After their time being owned by a drug dealer who abused them, they were just happy to be cared for properly.

Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary came to the rescue and housed these three best friends.

They could have separated the animals, but seeing how closely bonded they were, they chose to keep them together as a family.

Poor Baloo had a small harness put on him as a cub. As he grew, his former owner didn't adjust it. The harness had to be surgically removed from his body.

The sanctuary needed new fences to keep the big cats and bear safely inside their enclosure, but couldn't afford the cost. Thankfully, strangers online donated enough money to rebuild their fences...

One Little Boy Didn't Want Other Children Feeling Lonely, So He Did This:

Christian Bucks is a small boy, only in 2nd grade, but he has a BIG heart. He noticed that some of his friends didn't have anyone to play with on the playground at Roundtown Elementary School. They would be lonely at recess and he wanted to stop that.

He decided to help his classmates create new friendships, and avoid loneliness, by creating a special “buddy bench.”

The way the bench works is simple. If a student feels lonely or sad and needs a friend to talk to, they can go sit at the buddy bench. Then, the other children will know that they are looking for a buddy and someone will come sit down and talk to them.

If two people are sitting at the bench, they could ask each other if they want to play, Christian said.

Christian thinks the buddy bench will also help people cultivate larger friend groups.

The boy brought the idea to Principal Matthew Miller at the end of the last school year. He was a big fan of the buddy bench idea.

"Mr. Miller checked around and found a bench that would work for our school. Before he ordered the bench, he showed me the colors and I got to pick the style and color of the bench. I was the first person that got to sit on the bench when it arrived at Roundtown," Christian said.

"We encouraged and supported him every step of the way," Alyson Bucks said, "but it was the Roundtown faculty and staff who brought the idea to fruition. We are so thankful for their support in embracing this idea."

Principal Miller described Christian as a Roundtown P.R.O.U.D. (Polite-Responsible-Outstanding-Understanding-Dependable) student. He and the rest of the staff hope the children begin to use the buddy bench.

"We show we care about others when we ask others to play," he said. "I also hope that new friendships will be made because of the buddy bench."

It's a simple and sweet idea. We thank Christian for his loving attitude and hope many children are helped by this new bench!

Complete Strangers Help a Girl Locate Her Missing Pup:

A Reddit user named p1percub was panicked when, earlier this week, her dog Jack went missing. He got away from his owner, was hit by a truck and took off at a pace she was unable to keep up with. Instead of putting up posters, she turned to strangers on the internet to help.

She posted an Imgur photo on the Houston-area sub-reddit that generated nearly 40,000 views. Local users got busy sharing the image around. They worked hard to find a dog they didn't even know.

Another Reddit user named Hominine spotted Jack in a grocery store parking lot. He followed the wandering pup as Jack ran back to the exact location he was lost from in the first place.

Another party, who had been on the lookout after the online alert sent out to animal groups, made the actual call to the owner with the dog's location.

Then, the Reddit users got together, along with the good samaritan, and Jack was back with his favorite human.

Jack was a little scraped up from the whole ordeal, but he got a clean bill of health from the vet.

Most importantly, thanks to the dedicated work of strangers, he was able to come home to his mommy before getting even more hurt.

We can learn a lot by watching the kindness of strangers. Don't be selfish if you have a chance to help your brother or sister in this life. Jesus taught us compassion!

MAN MAKES MIRACULOUS DICOVERY AFTER DEADLY STORM

Before the deadly storms struck towns in Illinois, Jon Byler Dann, tried to coax his beloved dog into the basement with him. He and his four children took shelter in the safe room downstairs. However, she was skittish and refused to leave her kennel during the chaos.

Jon's Washington, IL, home was destroyed. He thought he'd never see his dog again.



But then, as he was combing through the wreckage... he made a miraculous discovery.



Maggie was buried under the rubble - and she was ALIVE! Her survival was impossible, God protected his four legged friend from terrible harm.



She was shivering, frightened and injured, but it didn't matter... she was back with her master and best friend.



She needed surgery to fix her dislocated hip... and it wasn't cheap.



Jon received yet ANOTHER miracle. Users on Reddit.com raised money for her surgery. Jon was able to get her all patched up - the procedure was paid in full.



Although the storm was devastating, miracles like this one shine through the gloom.



Thank the Lord not only Jon and his children were protected... but Maggie, too! We pray that the other victims of the Illinois tornadoes find healing, hope and peace as they try to rebuild their lives.

Private Detectives has been somewhat inactive latey. This is because we have been operating at the background, behind the scene, attending and resolving issues that has to do with our clients. Considering the nature of what we have to do, utmost secrecy is key, except of course where our client(s) request that we go public to enable others learn from their experience.
