The first thing is to know your menstruation cycle.
To know your menstrual cycle , you have to check it for 3 months.
You start counting from the first day of your me**es to the day before your next me**es started, then you will know if it is 28 days , or 30 days or even 26 days,
After knowing your menstrual cycle, minus 14 days that will tell you your ovulation day.

For instance if your menstrual cycle is 28 days your ovulation is on the 14th day, if it is 30 days your ovulation day is on the 16th day. If it is a 26 days cycle then your ovulation is on the 12th day, if it is a 24 days cycle then your ovulation is on the 10th day, and so on and so forth.

Ovulation last for only one day, that is 24 hours only. Ovulation is the day a lady released her egg. It is the egg that is fertilised by the husband’s s***m to get her pregnant.

To get pregnant, you need to have sexual in*******se 3 days before your ovulation day, On your ovulation day, and 3 days after your ovulation day ( 7 days in all ).
