We are seeking a Productivity & Accountability Officer whose full responsibility will be to ensure that every staff member is on top of their duties, following through on assigned tasks, and delivering results consistently.
This is a hands-on, no-nonsense role for someone with the boldness to ask hard questions, the presence to follow up, and the discipline to hold people accountable, without fear or favour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and follow up on staff tasks and deliverables daily
• Ensure deadlines are met and performance targets are achieved
• Remind team members of pending responsibilities and confirm progress
• Observe and verify ongoing work to ensure quality and commitment
• Identify and escalate delays, underperformance, or work neglect
• Track daily attendance, punctuality, and engagement
• Report weekly to management on performance insights and observations
Who We Are Looking For:
• Someone who is bold, disciplined, and proactive
• Able to handle tough conversations with professionalism
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong communication and people skills
• Passionate about structure, order, and team success
• Familiar with productivity tools like Trello, Google Workspace, Excel, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in supervision, operations, HR, or performance management
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with reporting
