“What’s Love, Really?”

Hey everyone, welcome back to "Before and Beyond I Do" where we talk about real relationships, before the vows and long after.

Let me ask you a question: What does love mean to you?

Is it butterflies? Fireworks? That rush of adrenaline when they text you back?

Sure that’s part of it. But love, real love, is more than a feeling. It’s a decision. A commitment. A daily choice to see someone, flaws and all, and still say, “I’m here.”

Before you say “I do,” you need to know this: Feelings fade. Decisions stay.
So ask yourself are you choosing this person even on the days when the butterflies are asleep?
And if you're already married are you still making that choice?
Love isn’t just about the highs. It’s about staying grounded in the lows.
Don’t fall in love. Walk into it, with your eyes open.
Remember, love is a journey, not just a moment.
