Avoid fruits, it doesn't benefit you today.
If it's not Berries and seasonal fruits, you shouldn't binge on fruits because you think it contains healthy Sugar
Sugar is Sugar no matter the Source, fruits contain fructose, which is very bad for you, especially for people with metabolic issues. Fruits are supposed to be seasonal.
By the next fruit season, you are ready again.
Today you eat fruits that are supposed to be seasonal, all year.
Sugar addiction makes you addicted to them
Health professionals sing their praises in every ailment, oblivious to the fact that most of them are GMOs, filled with pesticides, force ripened, less fiber, fewer nutrients, and loads of sugar.
Sugar is Sugar no matter the Source, there is nothing like healthy or natural Sugar.
One month, nature wants you to eat an apple. Next 3 months nature takes away the apple and gives you guava.
Then for like 2 months, no fruits.
Your body clears the sugar from the two previous fruits while walking to the farm and eating twice daily.
Modern fruits are nature's Candies, manipulated into junkies by man.
Fruits that are sugary should be avoided. Fruits that are less sugary should be taken liberally after it is washed with salt or vinegar.
You can do it with Avocado, source, udara, seasonal mangoes, berries, etc
